On Intercape, you have a choice of either a Mainliner which travels during the day or a Sleepliner which departs in the early evening and travels by night.

If you don't mind spending a bit extra, the above-mentioned Bazbus is a great a great option to experience the entire Garden Route. Travelers can hop off at any of the 13 stops along the way and rejoin the tour at any point. The ticket has unlimited validity so you can spend as much time as you'd like at any of the stops.

You're also welcome to bring along a surfboard, bicycle or other equipment which are transported in trailers. The Bazbus is popular among students and young people so if you're young at heart, expect a fun-filled ride along the Garden Route.

You have a choice between Tourist Class and Economy class. Tourist Class offers either a 2-sleeper cabin or a 4-sleeper compartment, both with hot-water shower facilities and toilets. Economy Class has seated accommodation with communal toilets.
